• what do you do as a travel advisor?

  As a travel advisor, my goal is to simplify your travel planning process. While trip planning is exciting, it can be time-consuming and feel like a chore. You just want to go without dealing with all the things it takes to get you there, right?

  On my Services page, you’ll find a detailed overview of my process: I start by understanding your preferences so that I can craft a personalized itinerary with the right hotel recommendations and unique experiences for your chosen destination. I manage all the bookings, including hotels, villas, car rentals, private transfers, tours, and more, to ensure your trip is perfect.

• what types of travel can I book with you?

  Luxury hotels and resorts, cruises, safaris, city breaks, vacation home rentals, bucket list adventures, weekend escapes… Just ask how I go above and beyond for my clients so they can relax through every phase of the travel planning process.

• what sort of perks can I get when you book hotels/resorts/cruises for me?

  Room upgrades, guaranteed late check-out, resort credits, VIP services and amenities, free breakfast… Working with a travel agent helps you level up your vacation experience. I can manage all the logistics — on-the-ground transfers, hotel and tour bookings, itinerary planning — so you can get the most out of your trip, without any of the stress.

• do you charge a fee?

  That all depends on the type of trip you are going on. Skip over to my services page for the various packages I offer that are based on the complexity of your vacation plans.

  I don’t always have to charge fees because, as a Fora Advisor, I receive commissions from properties and travel providers (at no additional cost to my clients). For more complicated multi-stop itineraries, fees will always be transparently presented.

• do I pay extra for a hotel when booking with you?

  No! You'll pay the same rates you find online for hotels, car rentals, tours, and more. Through negotiated agreements with my host agency, Fora Travel, many service providers pay a commission that is already included in the public rates.

• I've already booked my hotels, can you still help?

  Absolutely! It may even be possible to get perks added to the bookings you have already made. Either way, I am happy to help you plan other aspects of your trip.

• do you book airfare as well?

  Yes! Fora has a dedicated flight desk and I can book Business Class fares and above. Flights must originate in the US.

• what don't you do?

  I don’t compete with online booking engines such as Booking.com or Hotels.com (fyi those prices are so low because they typically align with a property’s worst rooms).

  Expedia is a Fora partner so from time to time certain hotels and vacation packages are booked through that platform.

  Lastly, Airbnb does not work with travel advisors, but Fora is partnered with Plum Guide – a newer home-stay service that has more stringent standards.
